Additional Ingredients

175g Butter or Margarine
100g Demerara Sugar
325g Porridge Oats

Method

Mix the ingredients well.
Press into a shallow baking tray.
Mark into slices before baking.
Bake at 180C 350F gas 4 for 25 – 30min.
Leave to cool then cut into the premarked slices.
