Additional Ingredients
25ml Lemon Juice
50ml Gin
Champagne or Sparkling Wine, to top up
Lemon Twist and Blackcurrants, to garnish (optional)
Method
Add your syrup, lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker packed with ice.
Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass and top up with champagne or sparkling win.
Garnish and serve.
